For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

"Client," "You," "Your"
Refers to the individual, business, or entity purchasing or using our services.
"Services"
Refers to all software production, design, consulting, development, and support services offered by WebSetup, whether delivered remotely or through digital content.
"Service Plan" or "Package"
Refers to the specific tier of service or package purchased by the Client, as described on our pricing page.
"Remote Session"
Refers to a live video call session conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or similar platforms, during which our team guides the Client through planning, setup, development, or support tasks.
WebSetup provides professional software production, app development, website development, consulting, and product support services delivered remotely. Our services include, but are not limited to:
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is responsible for providing the information, access, approvals, and materials necessary for service delivery.
3.1 Payment Terms

Prices listed may not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. You are responsible for any such charges that may apply to your purchase.
3.3 Plan Upgrades
Clients may upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time. The amount previously paid will be credited toward the cost of the upgraded plan. Downgrades are not available after services have been initiated.
4.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every client to be fully satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with your setup or delivered service, please contact us at hello@websetup.ro and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
4.2 Refunds Before Service Completion
If you request a cancellation before the service process has begun, you are entitled to a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@websetup.ro.
4.3 No Refunds After Service Completion
Once the agreed setup, delivery, configuration, or implementation process has been completed, including delivery of access credentials, project files, launch confirmation, or other agreed deliverables, the service is considered fully delivered. No refunds will be issued after service completion, as the work has been performed and the deliverables have been provided. This applies to all service plans.
4.4 Reconfiguration Option
If you experience issues or are unsatisfied with performance after setup completion, we will provide one complimentary reconfiguration session within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge. This reconfiguration is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an obligation to refund.
4.5 Disputes
If you believe there are exceptional circumstances warranting a refund after service completion, you may submit a detailed written request to hello@websetup.ro. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BEST DEVHUB SRL. We are under no obligation to approve post-completion refund requests.
4.6 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5.1 Scheduling
After your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you within 24 hours during business days to schedule your remote setup session at a mutually convenient time. Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

Business regulations vary by country and locality. It is solely your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to your activity. WebSetup does not provide legal advice.
7.1 Our Content
All content provided through our services, including training materials, strategy documents, design elements, code where not otherwise agreed, templates, and internal workflows, is the intellectual property of WebSetup and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided for your own personal or business use. You may not:

The WebSetup name, logo, and all related branding elements are trademarks of WebSetup. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9.1 Revenue & Income Disclaimer
Any revenue figures, earnings examples, or income projections mentioned on our website or during consultations are for illustrative purposes only. They represent potential outcomes based on past experience but are not guarantees. Your individual results will depend on factors unique to your situation.
9.2 Not Professional Advice
Our services constitute software production and business consulting. Nothing we provide should be construed as legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
10.1 Your Information
Any business information, revenue data, machine settings, or personal details you share with us will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10.2 Our Methods
The specific methods, strategies, workflows, and proprietary approaches shared during our sessions are confidential trade secrets of WebSetup. You agree not to disclose or teach our specific methods to third parties or competitors.
10.3 Testimonials & Case Studies
We may request your permission to use your results or feedback in our marketing materials. Participation is entirely voluntary. We will never use your name or specific data without your explicit written consent.
11.1 By the Client
You may terminate the service engagement at any time by providing written notice to hello@websetup.ro. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with Section 4.
11.2 By WebSetup
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to any Client if the Client is abusive, provides false information, violates these Terms, uses our materials unlawfully, or continued delivery becomes impractical. In the event of termination due to Client misconduct, no refund will be issued.
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@websetup.ro. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted online or in the State of Delaware. You agree that proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. The Last Updated date at the top of the page will be revised and material changes will be communicated via email to existing clients with active service plans.
